Terms of Service
Effective November 2, 2026
These terms cover your use of Truvane LLC's website, newsletter, videos, and digital products ("Truvane," "we"). By using them, you agree to these terms.
Educational content, not professional advice
Our content explains software and automation for general education. It isn't legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Check anything important with a qualified professional, and test any automation before you rely on it.
No income promises
We don't promise that any tool, template, or method will make you money. Results depend on your business, your effort, and many factors outside our control, and most people who try any business idea earn little or nothing from it at first.
Affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We label paid links next to the link, and we only recommend tools we have used ourselves.
Digital products
- License. When you buy a template or workflow pack, you may use it in your own business and for your clients' projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the files themselves, alone or in a bundle.
- Third-party software. Our products run on tools we don't own, such as n8n and Google Workspace. Those tools have their own terms and prices, and their features can change.
- Refunds. If a product doesn't work as described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll help you fix it or refund you. Our store provider processes the refund.
Acceptable use
Don't use our content or products to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights, or break the rules of the platforms you use them on.
Our content
Our text, videos, and product files belong to Truvane LLC or are used under license. You're welcome to share links and short quotes with credit.
Disclaimers and limits
Everything is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product involved, or $50 if you paid nothing.
Governing law
Washington State law governs these terms, and courts in King County, Washington, hear any disputes.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
